Cimigo evaluates the employee experience across the factors that shape how people feel, perform and decide whether to remain with an organisation. The survey begins with overall commitment measures, then diagnoses the specific workplace experiences that may strengthen or weaken that commitment. The results do more than describe current scores: they identify the factors to prioritise to improve engagement and the overall experience. The questionnaire can be customised to your organisation, sector and objectives. Data can be analysed by department, seniority, tenure, location or other relevant groups while maintaining confidentiality.

Overall commitment

Overall commitment provides a high-level view of the relationship between employees and the organisation. It indicates whether employees would recommend the organisation, whether they regard it favourably compared with other employers, whether they expect to remain, and how satisfied they are overall.

This module explores:

  • Employee advocacy – Willingness to recommend the organization.
  • Employer preference – Perceived advantage over other employers in the sector.
  • Intention to stay – Intention to continue working for the organization.
  • Overall satisfaction with the employment experience.

The results provide the headline indicators against which the more detailed employee experience dimensions can be understood.

This module examines how employees experience the work itself, including whether it feels secure, manageable, challenging, rewarding and appropriately autonomous.

This module explores:

  • Job security
  • Workload
  • Work-life impact
  • Challenge and fulfilment
  • Commuting experience
  • Autonomy

The results help identify whether the design and demands of the job support employee motivation or create pressure that may weaken the overall experience.

This module explores:

Your organisation-specific priorities

Every organisation has its own strategy, values and employee challenges. Additional statements can be included to address topics that are not fully covered by the standard framework. It connects the core Employee Experience framework with the organisation’s immediate priorities and internal language.

Custom statements may reflect:

  • Strategic transformation priorities
  • Employer value proposition
  • New HR initiatives
  • Organisation-specific values
  • Current workplace challenges

Employees’ own voice

Closed-ended measures show where the experience is strong or weak. Open feedback helps explain why.

Employees are invited to describe:

  • Negative experiences that have caused frustration
  • Positive experiences they have valued
  • Improvements that would make their experience better

This section adds employee language and context to the quantitative findings, helping stakeholders understand the experiences behind the scores.

Understand different employee experiences

Employee experience is rarely uniform across an organisation. Profile questions allow results to be explored across relevant employee groups while maintaining anonymity.

Potential analysis groups include:

  • Country, region or work location
  • Subsidiary or business unit
  • Department and job function
  • Seniority
  • Working hours and shift patterns
  • Remote working frequency
  • Employment status
  • Length of service
  • Customer-facing responsibility
  • Commuting arrangements
  • Age group, where appropriate

Analysis that identifies the right priorities

Overall results: Show the organisation-wide employee experience and the strengths to sustain.

Group comparisons: Reveal differences by department, level, tenure, location or employee group.

Driver analysis: Identifies the factors most strongly associated with engagement to support prioritisation.

Open-ended feedback: Adds context and employees’ own words to help explain quantitative findings.

The deliverables are an intuitive dashboard which helps HR and leadership explore results, filter groups, and focus on priority issues. Action recommendations translate survey findings into clear directions for policy, management and culture.
