Richard Burrage
Richard has 25 years of experience in market research and strategic consulting. Richard is the founder of Cimigo and acts as a strategic partner focusing on market feasibility, brand positioning, customer experience and communications development.

Eko Wicaksono
Eko has twenty years of experience of working in market research in Indonesia and more in client marketing roles. His experience spans consumer packaged goods, financial services, automotive and online platforms. Eko graduated from and has also been a lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia. Eko is very well placed to help clients make better choices in the Indonesia market.

Thuong La
Thuong has been with Cimigo for ten years. She enjoys supporting her clients on consumer and market exploration, insight generation, new product development and communications development. She provides the optimum research design and translates consumer insights into business actions which help her clients make better choices.

Binh Dong
Binh has a background in business statistics, since 2012 he has been with Cimigo leading a team on quantitative and qualitative researchers. He also enjoys moderating focus groups to keep close to consumers. Binh is well versed on various methodologies including segmentation, customer experience and complex designs for choice modelling and product testing.

Amanda Naomi
Mandy has 10 years of experience in the market research. Mandy has honed her skill as a researcher through various studies, from product test to market segmentation; using different types of methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative. She believes that the best trait of a researcher is taking the time to really listen and understand the client’s issue and try to look beyond the research brief – as we always do in Cimigo.

Armanda Junaidi
Junaidi has more than 30 years of experience in market research. He has a solid track record of building and establishing high quality and effective operations teams. Junaidi has managed more than 4,000 projects across qualitative and quantitative research methods, and has successfully executed numerous national public opinion surveys in Indonesia.

Thuong Nguyen
Thuong joined Cimigo in 2002, the year in which Cimigo was founded. He manages the operations and data collection fieldwork team nationally. Thuong ensure our operations protocols are robust and that Cimigo delivers the highest quality data collection on time. Thuong holds a BA degree in Business Administration.

Yurlia Hartanti
Yurlia has 25 years of experience in finance. Lia has been leading Cimigo’s finance departments across countries. She has been instrumental in providing input and advice on business plans, ensuring solid financial process and controls for Cimigo.

Truong Nguyen
Truong joined Cimigo in 2003 and manages data collection quality control teams nationally. Truing began his career as an interviewer. Having progressed through different roles in operations Truong brings strong and confident management which has built Cimigo’s reputation as providing the highest quality data collection in Vietnam. Truong holds a BA degree in Business Administration.

Thanh Duong
Thanh joined Cimigo in 2003. Thanh leads the business analytics team, programming, interrogating, analysing and visualising data to ensure clients can make informed choices.

Eky Sri Handayani
Eky has 10 years of experience in project management, especially for international clients. Her people skills and reliability support her passion in client servicing and project management. You can be sure your project will be handled well with Eky at the helm!

Bay Le
Bay joined Cimigo in 2015 and leads the finance team in Vietnam. She ensures the rest of the Cimigo team remain grounded in smart planning and meet their budgets.
