Job Description
- Graphic & Visual Design
– Design icons, banners, infographics, and visual assets to support company projects, reports, presentations, and brand communications.
– Produce consistent and visually appealing materials in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
– Work closely with internal teams to adapt graphics for different audiences and project goals. - UI/UX Design
– Create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows for company websites and digital platforms.
– Ensure designs deliver clean, user-friendly, and responsive experiences across devices.
– Collaborate with developers and product owners to bring UI/UX concepts to life. - Video & Content Editing
– Perform basic video editing to support content creation for social media platforms.
– Edit short-form videos with captions, transitions, and visual effects for campaigns or announcements.
– Adapt content to meet various platform specifications (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Experience Required
- 2+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showing strength in both visual and UI/UX work.
Competencies Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Figma.
- Experience with simple video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- English communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with web development teams or knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with designing for B2B products or marketing content.
- Interest in animation or motion graphics (basic level).
