Richard has 25 years of experience in market research and strategic consulting. Richard is the founder of Cimigo and acts as a strategic partner focusing on market feasibility, brand positioning, customer experience and communications development.
With more than 25 years of experience in market research industry and client side, Wina has been leading Cimigo in Indonesia since January 2012. In her role as Managing Director, she plays a key role in keeping everyone happy while ensuring that the business continues to grow and prosper. Under her leadership, Cimigo Indonesia grew and developed into an organisation that prioritises integrity, quality of work and exceptional service to valued clients.
Ankur has 18 years of experience in market research and consulting. He has been based in Vietnam since 2009 and act as a key research advisor for clients focusing on new product development, pricing research, market exploration, brand positioning, customer experience and media effectiveness assessment.
Ankur has a post graduate in management with specialization in market analytics and customer evaluation from the Indian Institute of Management. Ankur advises clients with innovative solutions for their business problems and help them in making better choices based on actionable analysis and recommendations.
Edwin is a consultant with over 20 years of market research experience. Edwin has worked in the United States, Australia and Indonesia as a research and business consultant.
Edwin can skilfully navigate any business issue. He strongly believes in giving advice backed by solid evidence, but is not afraid to go beyond data and rely on his extensive knowledge of consumer psychology and business strategy to help clients make better choices. Edwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics.
Thuong has been with Cimigo for ten years. She enjoys supporting her clients on consumer and market exploration, insight generation, new product development and communications development. She provides the optimum research design and translates consumer insights into business actions which help her clients make better choices.
Binh has a background in business statistics, since 2012 he has been with Cimigo leading a team on quantitative and qualitative researchers. He also enjoys moderating focus groups to keep close to consumers. Binh is well versed on various methodologies including segmentation, customer experience and complex designs for choice modelling and product testing.
Phuong has thirteen years of experience in market research. She leads a team of qualitative and quantitative researchers. She enjoys moderating and helping clients iterate and optimise their concepts. Phuong excels at shopper research and customer experience studies.
Mandy has 10 years of experience in the market research. Mandy has honed her skill as a researcher through various studies, from product test to market segmentation; using different types of methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative. She believes that the best trait of a researcher is taking the time to really listen and understand the client’s issue and try to look beyond the research brief – as we always do in Cimigo.
Eko has twenty years of experience of working in market research in Indonesia and more in client marketing roles. His experience spans consumer packaged goods, financial services, automotive and online platforms. Eko graduated from and has also been a lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia. Eko is very well placed to help clients make better choices in the Indonesia market.
Junaidi has more than 30 years of experience in market research. He has a solid track record of building and establishing high quality and effective operations teams. Junaidi has managed more than 4,000 projects across qualitative and quantitative research methods, and has successfully executed numerous national public opinion surveys in Indonesia.
Thuong joined Cimigo in 2002, the year in which Cimigo was founded. He manages the operations and data collection fieldwork team nationally. Thuong ensure our operations protocols are robust and that Cimigo delivers the highest quality data collection on time. Thuong holds a BA degree in Business Administration.
