A renowned resort and casino in Las Vegas was launching a new destination in Macau and Singapore.


Cimigo conducted a research programme spanning 12 countries and a spectrum of target segments ranging from MICE organisers to luxury shoppers, tour operators to potential travellers and property investors to high-end casino players.


The results were used to direct better choices in the destination design, shopping mall proposition, entertainment concepts and programmes, food and beverage outlet choices, trade incentive programmes and destination marketing.
