Report to Community Marketing Manager
Job Description
Community management
• Support the growth and daily operations of online communities, including platforms for first-time mothers and sports enthusiasts.
• Assist in developing content and engagement campaigns that resonate with community interests.
• Help recruit new members and foster an inclusive, active environment.
• Participate in user research through conversations, feedback collection, and surveys.
• Coordinate updates to community websites and social media platforms.
Corporate marketing management
• Contribute to the execution of corporate marketing plans aligned with brand goals.
• Assist in managing content across digital touchpoints such as LinkedIn, website, and email campaigns.
• Help maintain consistency in corporate messaging and visual identity.
• Support in organizing internal and external marketing events.
• Track performance of marketing activities and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Experience required
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
Competencies required
• Effective communicator in both English and Vietnamese.
• Passionate about social media, digital communities, and user engagement.
• Analytical thinking and reporting ability.
• Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn and experiment.
Preferred skills
• Experience with WordPress is a plus.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Zalo OA, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media collaboration is a plus.
• Interest in data and basic analytical tools (Google Forms, Excel, etc.).
