Job Description
Graphic & Visual design
• Design icons, banners, infographics, and visual assets to support company projects, reports, presentations, and brand communications.
• Produce consistent and visually appealing materials in line with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to adapt graphics for different audiences and project goals.
UI/UX design
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and user flows for company websites and digital platforms.
• Ensure designs deliver clean, user-friendly, and responsive experiences across devices.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to bring UI/UX concepts to life.
Video & Content editing
• Perform basic video editing to support content creation for social media platforms.
• Edit short-form videos with captions, transitions, and visual effects for campaigns or announcements.
• Adapt content to meet various platform specifications (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
Experience required
2+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio showing strength in both visual and UI/UX work.
Competencies required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UI/UX tools like Figma.
• Experience with simple video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• English communication skills
Preferred skills
• Experience working with web development teams or knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with designing for B2B products or marketing content.
• Interest in animation or motion graphics (basic level).
