Performa sebuah perusahaan ternama dalam bidang kesehatan dan nutrisi di sektor makanan dan minuman sedang menurun di salah satu negara penting di Asia.
Penelitian eksploratori etnografis dari Cimigo dengan cepat menemukan bahwa sebuah brand tidak lagi sesuai dengan konsumen dan butuh untuk””disegarkan”.
Kami pun melakukan rangkaian kegiatan co-creation dengan konsumen untuk membangun positioning baru yang sesuai, menginspirasi, dan meyakinkan mereka untuk memilih produk ini.
Penelitian ini memaberikan wawasan tentang persepsi konsumen terhadap brand mereka dan faktor-faktor kunci pendorong konsumsi.
Kami memfasilitasi lokakarya dengan konsumen yang membantu tim brand untuk mendefinisikan ulang brand positioning yang dapat meningkatkan kekuatan mereka dan menemukan posisi yang unik di pasar.
Posisi brand tersebut dalam peringkat penjualan pun meningkat dari peringkat 5 ke peringkat 2.
