As a Research Executive, you will manage research projects from initial client briefs to final reporting. Working under the guidance of the Research Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of research projects.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2566af\">Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Project Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and proposals.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Research Manager to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare comprehensive reports based on research findings to deliver the projects\u2019 objectives under the support of the Research Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Management and Training:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the line manager in managing and coordinating the research team.<\/li>\n<li>Support the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentoring as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communication with Internal Teams:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments such as fieldwork, quality check, EDP, DP, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the fieldwork team to ensure smooth data collection and resolve any issues.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the EDP and DP departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Communication with Clients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact for clients daily.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address queries, and provide project updates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and promptly resolving issues or concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2566af\">Experience required<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Have at least two years of experience in a market research field and at least six months of quantitative research executive experience.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of SQL<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Detailed and result oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in research methods, statistical analysis and data visualisation techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong at self-learning and developing.<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2566af\">Languages required<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Good at both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2566af\">Benefit<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: Negotiable.<\/li>\n<li>100% salary amount in probation time<\/li>\n<li>Working time: 8h30 &#8211; 17h30 from Mon to Friday.<\/li>\n<li>Health care packages after 1 year labor contract.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and professional working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Training and development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #2566af\">How to apply<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Please send your cv via email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@cimigo.com\">hr@cimigo.com<\/a>, or upload your CV via our website.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About us Cimigo is one of the leading market research companies in Vietnam and Asia.
