H\u00e0nh tr\u00ecnh tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh <\/span><b>qu\u1ed1c gia thu nh\u1eadp cao<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o hai l\u1ef1c l\u01b0\u1ee3ng: Nh\u1eefng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111ang t\u1ea1o \u0111\u00e0 v\u00e0 nh\u1eefng r\u00e0o c\u1ea3n \u0111ang h\u00ecnh th\u00e0nh.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nh\u1eefng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111ang t\u1ea1o \u0111\u00e0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng m\u1ea1nh m\u1ebd GDP trung b\u00ecnh tr\u00ean 6% trong su\u1ed1t m\u1ed9t th\u1eadp k\u1ef7.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u1ed9i nh\u1eadp s\u00e2u v\u00e0o th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i v\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thu nh\u1eadp h\u1ed9 gia \u0111\u00ecnh t\u0103ng v\u00e0 t\u1ea7ng l\u1edbp trung l\u01b0u m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0110\u1ecbnh h\u01b0\u1edbng ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi c\u1ea3i c\u00e1ch v\u00e0 n\u00e2ng cao n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Nh\u1eefng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u0111ang k\u00ecm h\u00e3m:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u1ee3i th\u1ebf d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 v\u00e0ng suy gi\u1ea3m; gi\u00e0 h\u00f3a t\u0103ng nhanh sau gi\u1eefa th\u1eadp ni\u00ean 2030.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u b\u1ecb gi\u1edbi h\u1ea1n b\u1edfi kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng gi\u1eef l\u1ea1i gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb trong n\u01b0\u1edbc th\u1ea5p.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u1ea7u n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba th\u1eadn tr\u1ecdng do ni\u1ec1m tin suy y\u1ebfu, kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i do thi\u1ebfu thu nh\u1eadp.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u0103ng su\u1ea5t, ch\u1ee9 kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i quy m\u00f4, m\u1edbi l\u00e0 bi\u1ebfn s\u1ed1 quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u1eabn h\u1ea5p d\u1eabn, nh\u01b0ng th\u1ef1c thi ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng kh\u00f3 h\u01a1n. V\u1ecb th\u1ebf qu\u1ed1c gia thu nh\u1eadp cao s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u1edfi n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng gi\u1eef l\u1ea1i gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb v\u00e0 ni\u1ec1m tin, ch\u1ee9 kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 b\u1edfi t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n l\u00e0 kh\u00e1t v\u1ecdng, m\u00e0 l\u00e0 th\u1ef1c thi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>M\u1ee5c ti\u00eau tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh qu\u1ed1c gia thu nh\u1eadp cao v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2045 kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n l\u00e0 t\u1ea7m nh\u00ecn xa v\u1eddi. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t b\u00e0i to\u00e1n chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f3 th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 v\u00e0 s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh trong th\u1eadp k\u1ef7 t\u1edbi.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi\u1ec7c n\u00e2ng GDP b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n \u0111\u1ea7u ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u1eeb kho\u1ea3ng 4.900 USD hi\u1ec7n nay l\u00ean kho\u1ea3ng 14.000 USD v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2045 kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng li\u00ean t\u1ee5c, m\u00e0 c\u00f2n \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi thay \u0111\u1ed5i c\u0103n b\u1ea3n c\u00e1ch t\u1ea1o ra, gi\u1eef l\u1ea1i v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n b\u1ed5 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb trong n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #080893;\"><em><strong>Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ea1t trung b\u00ecnh kho\u1ea3ng 6,1% t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng GDP trong th\u1eadp k\u1ef7 qua. Duy tr\u00ec t\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 n\u00e0y khi n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf \u0111\u00e3 m\u1edf r\u1ed9ng quy m\u00f4 s\u1ebd kh\u00f3 h\u01a1n r\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec1u so v\u1edbi khi \u1edf m\u1ee9c n\u1ec1n th\u1ea5p.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00e2u h\u1ecfi kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n l\u00e0 Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng hay kh\u00f4ng, m\u00e0 l\u00e0 li\u1ec7u Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 chuy\u1ec3n sang t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean n\u0103ng su\u1ea5t v\u00e0 ni\u1ec1m tin tr\u01b0\u1edbc khi c\u00e1c l\u1ee3i th\u1ebf c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac suy gi\u1ea3m.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f3 v\u1ecb th\u1ebf xu\u1ea5t ph\u00e1t thu\u1eadn l\u1ee3i, nh\u01b0ng th\u1eddi gian l\u00e0 h\u1eefu h\u1ea1n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi\u1ec7t Nam b\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0o ch\u1eb7ng \u0111ua 2045 v\u1edbi n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u1ef1c r\u00f5 r\u00e0ng. So v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u qu\u1ed1c gia \u1edf c\u00f9ng m\u1ee9c thu nh\u1eadp, Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111ang \u1edf v\u1ecb tr\u00ed t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n. Tuy nhi\u00ean, th\u1eddi gian kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n nhi\u1ec1u v\u00e0 \u00e1p l\u1ef1c \u0111ang d\u1ea7n t\u0103ng l\u00ean.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>L\u1ee3i th\u1ebf d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 v\u00e0 th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh qu\u1ed1c gia thu nh\u1eadp cao c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u01a1 c\u1ea5u d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 hi\u1ec7n nay v\u1eabn l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t l\u1ee3i th\u1ebf l\u1edbn c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam. N\u0103m 2025, nh\u00f3m d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 trong \u0111\u1ed9 tu\u1ed5i lao \u0111\u1ed9ng chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 62% t\u1ed5ng d\u00e2n s\u1ed1; t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 tham gia lao \u0111\u1ed9ng \u1edf m\u1ee9c cao v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c thu\u1ed9c nh\u00f3m th\u1ea5p nh\u1ea5t ch\u00e2u \u00c1. \u0110\u00e1ng ch\u00fa \u00fd, t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ee5 n\u1eef tham gia lao \u0111\u1ed9ng (kho\u1ea3ng 88% trong nh\u00f3m 20-64 tu\u1ed5i) v\u01b0\u1ee3t tr\u1ed9i so v\u1edbi m\u1eb7t b\u1eb1ng khu v\u1ef1c, qua \u0111\u00f3 g\u00f3p ph\u1ea7n \u0111\u00e1ng k\u1ec3 v\u00e0o thu nh\u1eadp h\u1ed9 gia \u0111\u00ecnh.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #080893;\"><strong><em>T\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c th\u1ea5p \u0111ang t\u1ea1o ra c\u00fa h\u00edch th\u1ef1c ch\u1ea5t cho GDP hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, nh\u01b0ng l\u1ee3i th\u1ebf n\u00e0y s\u1ebd \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ec9nh tr\u01b0\u1edbc cu\u1ed1i th\u1eadp ni\u00ean 2030.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sau n\u0103m 2036, qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh gi\u00e0 h\u00f3a d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 s\u1ebd di\u1ec5n ra nhanh h\u01a1n. Khi nh\u00f3m tr\u00ean 50 tu\u1ed5i t\u0103ng m\u1ea1nh, c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 s\u1ebd d\u1ea7n chuy\u1ec3n t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u1ef1c th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng sang y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 k\u00ecm h\u00e3m t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng. \u0110i\u1ec1u \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u1ed3ng ngh\u0129a v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f3 \u00edt th\u1eddi gian h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi nh\u1eefng g\u00ec c\u00e1c con s\u1ed1 d\u00e2n s\u1ed1 t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u1ee3i \u00fd.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Th\u00e0nh t\u00edch t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ch\u1ee9ng minh c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam s\u1ebd kh\u00f3 duy tr\u00ec khi quy m\u00f4 ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng l\u1edbn<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u00e3 x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c uy t\u00edn v\u1eefng ch\u1eafc v\u1ec1 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng. Trong 10 n\u0103m qua, GDP t\u0103ng trung b\u00ecnh h\u01a1n 6% m\u1ed7i n\u0103m, \u0111\u01b0a Vi\u1ec7t Nam v\u00e0o nh\u00f3m c\u00e1c n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u00e0 n\u1ed5i b\u1eadt nh\u1ea5t ch\u00e2u \u00c1. \u0110\u1ebfn n\u0103m 2025, GDP b\u00ecnh qu\u00e2n \u0111\u1ea7u ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u1ea1t kho\u1ea3ng 4.900 USD, ph\u1ea3n \u00e1nh c\u1ea3 m\u1ee9c thu nh\u1eadp \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n l\u1eabn qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb h\u00f3a di\u1ec5n ra nhanh ch\u00f3ng.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #080893;\"><em><strong>T\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng cao khi thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p l\u00e0 \u1ea5n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng. Duy tr\u00ec t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng khi quy m\u00f4 l\u1edbn h\u01a1n l\u00e0 b\u00e0i ki\u1ec3m tra ho\u00e0n to\u00e0n kh\u00e1c.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Khi m\u1ed9t n\u1ec1n kinh t\u1ebf tr\u1edf n\u00ean l\u1edbn h\u01a1n v\u00e0 ph\u1ee9c t\u1ea1p h\u01a1n, vi\u1ec7c duy tr\u00ec \u0111\u00e0 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 \u0111i\u1ec1u h\u00e0nh ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c. Quy m\u00f4 kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 khu\u1ebfch \u0111\u1ea1i c\u01a1 h\u1ed9i m\u00e0 c\u00f2n ph\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ea1i c\u1ea3 nh\u1eefng \u0111i\u1ec3m k\u00e9m hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>S\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i v\u00e0 h\u00e0nh tr\u00ecnh tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh qu\u1ed1c gia thu nh\u1eadp cao c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t v\u00e0 xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0a Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111i r\u1ea5t xa, nh\u01b0ng v\u1edbi c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i, ch\u00fang s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0a Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00e1n \u0111\u00edch qu\u1ed1c gia thu nh\u1eadp cao.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>H\u1ed9i nh\u1eadp v\u00e0 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 n\u00e2ng c\u1ea5p<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 24% GDP, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y b\u1edfi d\u00f2ng v\u1ed1n FDI l\u1edbn, xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng m\u1ea1nh v\u00e0 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 h\u1ed9i nh\u1eadp s\u00e2u v\u00e0o kinh t\u1ebf to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u. Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u00e3 k\u00fd 16 hi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ecbnh th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i t\u1ef1 do; t\u1ed5ng kim ng\u1ea1ch xu\u1ea5t nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng kho\u1ea3ng 207% GDP. N\u0103m 2025, t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u \u0111\u1ea1t kho\u1ea3ng 17%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh m\u1ed9t m\u1eaft x\u00edch quan tr\u1ecdng trong chu\u1ed7i cung \u1ee9ng to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>B\u00e0i to\u00e1n \u201cgi\u1eef l\u1ea1i gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb\u201d<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tuy nhi\u00ean, ph\u00eda sau quy m\u00f4 \u1ea5n t\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t r\u00e0ng bu\u1ed9c mang t\u00ednh c\u1ea5u tr\u00fac.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #080893;\">Kho\u1ea3ng 77% kim ng\u1ea1ch xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111\u1ebfn t\u1eeb c\u00e1c doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i (FDI).<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 cao hi\u1ec7n chi\u1ebfm kho\u1ea3ng 40% t\u1ed5ng xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u, nh\u01b0ng t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng n\u1ed9i \u0111\u1ecba trong nh\u00f3m n\u00e0y ch\u1ec9 v\u00e0o kho\u1ea3ng 16%.
